Salted Caramel & Fig Mini Tarts x Swedish Supplements

Salted Caramel & Fig Mini Tarts ❤


You’ll need:

(For Mini Tarts)
✔️ 1 cup of rice flour
✔️ 1 cup of corn flour
✔️ 2 eggs
✔️ 100g of clarified butter
✔️ 3 spoons of xylitol
✔️ water

(For Fig Jam)
✔️ 4 figs
✔️ 3 spoons of xylitol

(For Salted Caramel Cream)
✔️ 1 cup of dates
✔️ 2 spoon of peanut butter
✔️ 1 scoop of Salted Caramel Whey Deluxe by Swedish Supplements


Separate egg whites from yolks.
Mix flour, yolks, butter and xylitol in a bowl. Add egg whites.
Add two tablespoons of water and start kneading the dough with your hands.
When it starts to combine well, put onto the table and make a smooth dough.
If necessary, add a little water. Form a ball and cover with aluminum foil.
Place the dough for about 50-60 minutes in the fridge.
After staying in the fridge, take out the cake and put it in mini tart forms.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Take out the pulp from figs.
Cook on low heat slowly stirring. Add xylitol.
After cooling, pour the jam into ready mini tart.

Soak the dates until they become soft.
Mix the dates, peanut butter
& Salted Caramel Whey Deluxe to a smooth mass.
Put the cream on mini tarts.

Sprinkle mini tarts with cut pistachios.
Decorate with a piece of a fresh fig.
