#BackAttack Single Arm Row with Kettlebell

Do you want to improve your back workout?
Here’s some amazing method that’ll make single arm row even more effective.
A small change with big results.

In one arm row, you can use kettlebell as a weight.
It’s important to lead the movement from the maximal backstretch
(from the bottom of the bench, from its centre) to your hip.
It’s a similar move to sawing the log. Let’s see how it should be done..

It’s super effective for building nicely wide back with detailed muscles.
You don’t need to use here big weights as in a row with the dumbbell.
