So I did a little research for you about CLA

CLA is one of the supplements that I use every time
whenever I want to lose fat – taking 2 caps right before warming up.


Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in meat and dairy products. It is also a popular supplement for fat loss, maintaining weight loss, retaining lean muscle mass, and controlling type 2 diabetes (often associated with obesity).

Based on studies done by the Scandinavian Clinical Research Group with lead researcher Jean-Michel Gaullier Ph.D., CLA has been shown to prevent heart disease and several types of cancer. It also appears to enhance the immune system.

CLA is helpful in getting leaner. Studies have shown that it increases the efficiency of workout and diet during the fat loss process, while still having some muscle mass improvement.

CLA has also shown promise in animal studies in preventing atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).

As a supplement, CLA comes in varying concentrations. Be sure to buy the product containing 80% CLA to get maximum weight-loss results.
