Panna Cotta x Swedish Supplements
Recipe for 4 servings:
🍮 600ml rice milk
🍮 2 scoops of Whey Protein Deluxe flavored with Vanilla Gelato
🍮 5 small teaspoons of agar agar
🍮 Raspberries (I used 200g)
300ml of rice milk mix thoroughly with the protein nutrient using a whisk. The remaining 300ml of rice milk pour into a saucepan and heat over low heat. Do not bring to a boil! Add agar agar stirring with a whisk. Wait for a while as the milk in the saucepan cools down and add the remaining portion with the protein while stirring. Pour into silicone molds and leave in the fridge for a few hours.
Ready dessert serves with a mousse made of fresh raspberries.
Simply mix the raspberries with erythritol. Voila!
