Sweet Snack: Rice Cake


How about a delicious “guilt-free” cake?
I feel like every fan of clean eating knows this recipe.
Here, my version – Rice Cake!


I like it the most in this two combinations:
With Apple and Crunchy Peanut Butter
With Pear and Creamy Peanut Butter



You’ll need:

  • 500g of rice (white, basmati, sushi – the best one)
  • 3 apples/pears
  • 1 whole egg & 5 egg whites (whites should be beaten)
  • 25g protein powder eg.vanilla
  • peanut butter


  • Cook rice. Apple/pear wipe on a grater.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl – cooked rice, apple/pear, eggs & protein powder.
  • Bake the cake at 220 ° C for 30 mins (the oven should be warmed up already)
  • When the cake is ready, smear with peanut butter. I also like to add sliced fruits.
