    In my case I don’t eat bars like these; for my proteins, I use to eat chicken, turkey, chickpeas and beans but nothing more. I used to eat tofu but nowadays I don’t eat it too much.

    I would like to eat some of those bars. Maybe I’ll do it in a near future.

        My favourite cheat meal… Well… One of them: A mix of different italian “pastas”: Spaghettis, tortellini, macaroni, etc… full of pesto sauce and small pieces of onion. After this, I usually eat cheese-cake as dessert!! 😀

        I recommend you this meal for your “free day”!! 😉
